DOES THE RAIN AFFECT A PEST TREATMENT?
If heavy down pour occurs within an hour after an external treatment is carried out then we will come back and re-treat any affected areas free of charge.
DO CHEMICALS HARM CHILDREN?
We take all precautions with children around when pest treatments are carried out. It is best to keep them away until pest sprays are dry. It takes approx. 1-2 hours after treatment is completed. Drying time can change depending on weather.
ARE PETS ALLOWED TO BE AROUND DURING TREATMENT?
We work around all pets so no animals are affected. Contamination may occur if pets come in contact with the treatment before it dries. So, we recommend pets to be Either taken away while treatment is carried out or put into a room which will not be treated.
DO YOUR CHEMICALS SMELL?
Our interior treatments do not smell. Our exterior garden and perimeter building treatment do have a slight smell but fades away as it dries.
Our Child Suffers from Asthma is it Safe to Stay?
We recommend vacating the premises for 4 hours and ventilate the property for 2 hours on returning as an added precaution.
Is the Treatment Safe for Unborn Children?
The materials we use are approved for use in sensitive areas, such as child centres, Schools, and hospital. Most products are low in odour, we recommend staying away from the premises for approximately 4 hours, as an added precaution.
Will I Have to Leave My Home?
In most cases it is not necessary for you to leave your home. However, we recommend the premises to be vacated until the control agent dries.
What Do I Need to Do Prior to the Pest Management Service?
We recommend that all food, clothes, toys other items be stored away prior to treatment. Furniture should also be moved away from skirting board edges to gain access prior to the Control Agent application.
If I Find Termites (White Ants) in My Home What Should I do?
Don`t spray them or disturb them just call us immediately for a Termite Inspection & Report to AS3660 standards. We will provide a Termite Proposal on Insurance paperwork for your peace of mind.
IF I CAN’T SEE ANY VISIBLE PESTS CAN I SKIP THE TREATMENT?
It is best to remember that when you can’t see the pests it doesn’t mean they aren’t there. Don’t become complacent, to maintain control of pests in your property it is important to continue the services regularly
HOW LONG DOES THE TREATMENT LAST FOR?
The time frame does vary depending on several environmental factors. You technician will be able to give you an accurate idea of when your next treatment will be required when he is at your property
DO I NEED TO CALL TO REBOOK ANOTHER SERVICE?
Yes, you will need to call if the operator hasn’t booked a specific time to return
